- Silken tofu 150g
- Matcha 2+ tbsp
- sugar 2.5 to 3 tablespoons
- rice flour 2+ tbsp
- More matcha if needed
How to make it
- Mix the tofu with a whisk until smooth and soft.
- Then mix in sugar, rice flour, matcha, etc. in that order.
- Pour into a container and microwave for 3 and a half minutes at 600W. Do not cover with plastic wrap. It’s okay to use cooking paper.
- Cool in the refrigerator, add matcha topping and it’s done! (using a tea strainer
