Healthy rich matcha chocolate cake made with tofu

material

  1. Silken tofu 150g
  2. Matcha 2+ tbsp
  3. sugar 2.5 to 3 tablespoons
  4. rice flour 2+ tbsp
  5. More matcha if needed

How to make it

  1. Mix the tofu with a whisk until smooth and soft.
  2. Then mix in sugar, rice flour, matcha, etc. in that order.
  3. Pour into a container and microwave for 3 and a half minutes at 600W. Do not cover with plastic wrap. It’s okay to use cooking paper.
  4. Cool in the refrigerator, add matcha topping and it’s done! (using a tea strainer

Tips and tricks

You can use whatever sugar you like
