Matcha Chocolate Truffle

material

  1. Soy milk or milk 70g
  2. Matcha (green tea) powder 2 teaspoons
  3. sugar 20-60g
  4. Cocoa powder (no sugar) 60g

How to make it

1. Microwave soy milk or milk at 600W for 50 seconds.

    2. Mix the matcha into ①, making sure not to create lumps.

    3. Mix in sugar.

    4. Mix in the cocoa.

    5. Place ④ on plastic wrap and form into a lump.

    6. Roll into bite-sized balls. This amount made 24 balls, each about the size of the tip of your thumb.

    7. Sprinkle with matcha (green tea) powder.

    Tips and tricks

    ・When making a ball, knead it well so it will roll up easily.
