- Rich Matcha powder 200g
- milk 100g
- sugar 5–10 g
- egg 2 pieces
- Rice flour 100g

Whipped cream, Chocolate sauce, condensed milk, Sliced almonds, Whatever you like – Appropriate amount
How to make it
- Measure the matcha powder and milk into a heat-resistant container.
- Heat in the microwave at 800W for 1 minute. Mix with a whisk until completely dissolved. (If it doesn’t dissolve, add an extra 30 seconds)
- The eggs will cook, so let the melted terrine cool.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them lightly. Add the rice flour, sugar and cooled terrine and mix until just combined.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and pour in the batter while swirling the pan.
- Once the surface is dry, peel it off from one side, flip it over and bake for 10 seconds.
- Lightly sweet matcha crepes are done!
- Enjoy with whipped cream or other toppings to your liking!
Tips and tricks
It goes well with chocolate sauce, but I also recommend wrapping it around a chocolate bar and eating it for a crunchy treat.
