  3. sugar 5–10 g

  5. Rice flour 100g

How to make it

  1. Measure the matcha powder and milk into a heat-resistant container.
  2. Heat in the microwave at 800W for 1 minute. Mix with a whisk until completely dissolved. (If it doesn’t dissolve, add an extra 30 seconds)
  3. The eggs will cook, so let the melted terrine cool.
  4. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them lightly. Add the rice flour, sugar and cooled terrine and mix until just combined.
  5. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and pour in the batter while swirling the pan.
  6. Once the surface is dry, peel it off from one side, flip it over and bake for 10 seconds.
  7. Lightly sweet matcha crepes are done!
  8. Enjoy with whipped cream or other toppings to your liking!

Tips and tricks

It goes well with chocolate sauce, but I also recommend wrapping it around a chocolate bar and eating it for a crunchy treat.
