Ingredients (serves 3-4)
- Green Tea 55g
- Granulated gelatin 5g
- 200g milk
- 200g fresh cream
Green tea can be changed to 8g matcha + 50g sugar.
How to make it
- Mix the green tea, gelatin and milk in a heat-resistant container, heat in the microwave (600W) for 1.5 to 2 minutes, and mix well to dissolve.
- Add the cream and mix. If any gelatin remains undissolved, strain it through a tea strainer.
- Place the bowl over ice water and mix until thickened (to prevent separation and to prevent the matcha from settling).
- Place in a container and chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until set.
Add boiled azuki beans, fresh cream, etc. as desired.
If you use matcha, mixing the matcha and sugar well first will prevent lumps from forming.
