- An empty can of matcha – 1 can
- 70 degree Celsius water – As appropriate
- Bamboo skewers (or toothpicks if you don’t have them)
- The empty can in the middle still has matcha left at the bottom. It would be a waste to throw it all away at once…
- Slowly pour in 70 degree Celsius hot water. Be careful not to get burned. Stir the matcha with a bamboo skewer or toothpick to prevent it from forming lumps. Store at room temperature.
- Other possible uses:
1. Put it in pancakes.
2. Make matcha agar jelly (make sure to add sugar: otherwise it will be bitter).
